A Birth Certificate is one of the most important identity documents for a child. It is commonly required for:

• Aadhaar Card creation

• School admissions

• Haryana Family ID (PPP)

• Passport application

• Government schemes and services

• Travel and identity verification

Many Birth Certificates are initially issued without the child’s name. In such cases, parents need to apply separately for name addition through the government process.

At ShubhNaaam, we simplify this process by helping families understand document requirements, submit applications correctly, and track their status easily.

How the Process Works

1. Parents submit required details and documents online.

2. Required documents generally include:

   • Parents Aadhaar Card

   • Birth Certificate without added name

   • Joint Name Declaration Form

3. Application is submitted through the government process.

4. Government authorities verify the application and documents.

5. Certificate is usually issued within 4–5 weeks, though in some cases it may take up to 90 days depending on government workload and verification.

6. Issued certificates can be digitally verified using the QR code available on the certificate.

7. Digital copies of certificates are generally valid for use and usually do not require additional stamps.
