1. How much time does it take to add a name in a Birth Certificate?

As per government portal timelines, the process may take 90+ days in some cases. However, in most applications, the certificate is usually delivered within 4–5 weeks or even earlier, depending on government processing and objections (if any).

No. Currently, we provide services only for Haryana Birth Certificates.

During or after application, if any objection is raised by the government authority asking for Aadhaar verification, then uploading the Aadhaar Card becomes mandatory. Without required documents, the certificate may not be issued.

It depends on the Saral service provider and government support availability. In some cases, customer care may provide updates, while in others they may ask you to track online.


7. Can I get the certificate early by paying extra charges?

No. Certificates are issued only by government authorities. We only help in application submission and processing support. Faster approval cannot be guaranteed through extra payment.


8. If my application fails, will I get a refund?
